Train
Personalized workouts that adapt to you.
Personalized workouts that adapt to you.
Nutrition that actually fits your life.
Data-driven coaching that evolves with you.
How it works
Your goal, your experience, the days you can actually train and the equipment you actually have.
Follow the plan session by session. Log meals by barcode, photo or a sentence. Health data syncs itself.
Not just week to week — in the moment. Schedules change, exercises get swapped, progress comes faster or slower than planned, and the plan adjusts around your real circumstances.
Fuel
OptimalFit™ helps you track what you eat, understand what you need, and make meals and recipes fit your goals — even when life doesn't cooperate.

Meet Olli
Olli works from your workouts, nutrition, goals, preferences, history, and progress — so it isn't answering a generic question, it has the context to help you decide what to do next.
A complete picture
Workouts, nutrition, health data, body composition, goals, and progress are connected in OptimalFit — so every piece of guidance reflects the full picture, not one corner of it.
That's what built to adapt to you actually means.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Monthly and annual memberships can be canceled through the platform where your subscription was purchased, subject to that platform’s subscription terms.
No. Tell OptimalFit what equipment you have — a full gym, a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands or nothing at all — and your training can be built around what’s actually available to you.
OptimalFit includes self-paced workouts, but it isn’t designed to replace trainer-led fitness. Trainer-led programs can still be part of how you train. Think of OptimalFit as the missing piece that helps connect your training, nutrition, progress, schedule and other fitness data in one place.
Nothing breaks. OptimalFit is built for real life. If you miss workouts, have less time, travel, change equipment or your circumstances change, your plan can adjust around where you actually are instead of blindly following a calendar.
Absolutely! You can log food using a barcode, photo or simple description. OptimalFit connects nutrition with your goals and training so your targets aren’t treated as an isolated number that never changes.
OptimalFit can help with meals, recipes and food choices based on your nutrition targets and preferences. Olli can also help you figure out how a meal fits your day or suggest adjustments when real life doesn’t go exactly according to plan.
Yes. OptimalFit can connect with Apple Health and Health Connect so supported health and activity data can become part of the bigger picture without requiring you to manually enter everything.
Olli is the AI-powered fitness assistant inside OptimalFit. It works with the context of your workouts, nutrition, goals, preferences, history and progress to help you understand what to do next, rather than answering every question as if it were starting from scratch.
General AI tools can generate fitness information, workouts and ideas. OptimalFit is designed to program around the individual. Your workouts, nutrition, progress, equipment, schedule and other fitness data work together inside one system, allowing the experience to adapt over time instead of requiring you to continually explain your situation from the beginning.
AI is part of the engine. The value is the programming around you.
Absolutely not! We believe there will always be a human element in fitness and nutrition. OptimalFit was designed and built by software, fitness and nutrition experts, and that human expertise will continue to guide how the platform is tested, monitored and developed. OptimalFit isn’t meant to replace great coaching. It’s designed to help connect the pieces around it.
No. AI is one component of OptimalFit. The platform combines technology with programming logic, fitness and nutrition expertise, user data and ongoing human testing and development.
Tell OptimalFit what changed. Your available equipment, training time and circumstances can be taken into account so you don’t have to choose between following an inappropriate workout or abandoning your plan entirely.
Yes. OptimalFit is designed around the individual, including experience level, goals, equipment and training availability. You don’t need to already know how to build your own workout program or nutrition strategy.
Absolutely. OptimalFit isn’t limited to beginner workouts. Programming can account for training history, exercise performance, available equipment and progression over time.
Yes! Workouts, nutrition, body measurements, body-composition information and other supported health data can be brought together so you can see progress as more than just a number on the scale.
Not even close! Launch is the foundation. We’re only at the beginning of expanding OptimalFit’s capabilities. Our team will continue testing, monitoring and developing the platform as we add deeper intelligence, additional integrations and new ways for OptimalFit to understand and adapt to the individual.
